FSE-2С Midspan

The midspan FSE-2C Midspan is designed for powering video cameras installed in TFortis TH-02 (TH-03) camera housing, over PoE using only one UTP/FTP 4-pair cable. TFortis TH camera housing is powered over free cable pairs (4, 5 and 7, 8), meanwhile the video camera is powered over the lines that data is transmitted through (1, 2 and 3, 6). Thus, the power supply of the camera housing is carried out without taking power off from the video camera.
This equipment should be used in cases where
- it is possible to install network equipment in heated rooms
- It is not practical to lay separate power cables to the video cameras.

Power Supply of Camera Housings and IP Video Camera over PoE
TH-02 (TH-03) camera housing and IP video camera are powered via PoE. Only single UTP/FTP 4-pair cable is used. Over this cable is provided data transferring, video camera and camera housing powering. It is important to note that the heating element is powered through the free cable pairs (4, 5 and 7, 8), while the video camera is powered through the lines that data is transmitted through (1, 2 and 3, 6). Please note that the power supply of the camera housing is carried out without taking power off from the video camera.
Powering the IP video camera and camera housing via PoE provides great benefits. At least you save on the power cable, plus accessories, plus work. This is especially noticeable when the camera is located at a great distance from the switch.
Uninterrupted Power Supply for IP-Video Camera
If FSE-2C is connected through an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), then immediately 2 video cameras will be reserved for power. FSE-4B makes it possible to build an uninterrupted system quite economically.
Stable operation at low-quality mains voltage
Built-in UPS of the FSE-2C midspan is resistant to substandard power supply. The margin of safety of the components is much higher than that of foreign manufacturers. This ensures the stable operation of both the midspan and the IP-video camera.
Saves Video Cameras
FSE-2C midspan does not only work out the interference of the mains voltage, but also provides high-quality power to the video cameras themselves, what allows you to save expensive equipment.
Exclude video camera hanging with poor-quality power supply
A frequent reason for the camera to hang is poor-quality power supply. FSE-2C midspan provides quality power supply to video cameras. You can reduce the cost of the system maintenance by using it. .
One device for 2 video cameras
You can connect to FSE-2C midspan simultaneously two IP video cameras in TFortis TH camera housings. This results in saving on midspans.
Power supply from 220V without additional adapter
FSE-2C device is powered by simple 220V mains voltage. This voltage is directly supplied to the midspan; no external network adapters are required.
