ATTENTION! TFortis TH Camera housings operate ONLY with FSE-2C (without preheating) midspans or TFortis PSW (excluding PSW-1-45-WiFi) switches

РоЕ TFortis TH-03 camera housing is intended for operation in especially cold conditions. Operating temperature range is -55°С to 50°С. This is achieved by:

dual-zone climate control;
using a special technopolymer material that holds heat well;
preheat function.

There are two heating elements installed inside the camera housing. The first one is designed for heating the viewing window to prevent its fogging. The second one is installed on the base, to which the video camera is attached, and provides its direct heating. Each heater is controlled by its thermal relay, excluding overheating of any area.

The TFortis TH-03 camera housing has preheating function, which is designed to safely turn on the cameras in the cold weather. The essence of it is that when the power is supplied, at first, the heating elements are powered and only then, when comfortable conditions are created inside the camera housing, the video cameras themselves will be powered. This mechanism is a very effective solution to the problem of cold start and guarantees the activation of a video camera in any weather.

TFortis TH-03 Camera housing is based on VIDEOTEC HOT39D1A housing and intended for operation with TFortis PSW switches. The main feature is that the camera housing is powered via PoE. This allows transferring data for the IP video camera, power for it and power for the camera housing, using a simple 4-pair twisted pair. Please note that you do not need to lay a separate power cable to the camera housing. This will help you to save on materials and work.

An important feature of the TFortis TH-03 is the built-in lightning protection that protects the video camera from surges.
