Fort Telecom ranks first in TechUp-2019 rating

The company started 2020 with another achievement — Fort Teleсom is among the most rapidly developing tech businesses in Russia.

The Russian Venture Company (RVC) announced the results of TechUp rating for 2019. The rating was aimed at the rapidly growing technology companies that have promising prospects for new markets of the National Technological Initiative. Fort Telecom ranked first in the rating for the second time in a row.

TechUp rating was established in 2012. It is not only an effective tool to reveal and promote successful technology businesses, but also a source of information on trends in technological and economic development. The rating for 2019 demonstrated rapid growth primarily among Russian software and electronics manufacturers. According to expert opinions, Russian hi-tech companies have become highly competitive on a global scale.

"The participants of the rating were all very deserving companies ranging from small business (Promobot) to medium (Fort Telecom) and large business (StarLine). And our victory came up as a surprise, in fact. TechUp-2019 gave us a chance to participate in the National Champions project and to have some face-to-face discussions with RVC experts," says Vladimir Makarenko, Fort Telecom Business Development Director.
